The problem may occur in the iOS version of the SportsNow app. The «Add to Calendar» function opens the event window of the iOS operating system for creating an appointment. Thus, make sure the following points:


  • The SportsNow app has permission to access your calendar: 
    • Open your device's settings.
    • Go to «Privacy&Security» - «Calendar» or scroll down to the «SportsNow» app.
    • Set the switch for «SportsNow" to on, i.e. that it is set to green, respectively for the «SportsNow» app set the switch for «Calendar» to on.
  • At least one account is set up for the calendar. Check this in the settings of your device, press «Calendar» and set up an account if necessary.
  • Close the app completely and restart the device if necessary.
