By default, any duplicate bookings (via credit card or TWINT) only have the status “Pending” or “Reserved” and are therefore not yet definitively booked. These payments are automatically canceled within 1 to 2 days. We therefore recommend that you wait two working days for payments by credit card or TWINT and then check the booking/payment again.

If the payment has actually been made twice, we recommend that you contact your studio, as they will be able to help you directly in this case.
