In SportsNow you have the possibility to redeem coupons you have received directly when you book a class.
Good to know
- You have to buy a new pass to enter a coupon.
Step-by-step instructions
On the web
- Go to your studio's live calendar and click on «Passes & prices».
- Click on «Buy pass» to buy the desired pass.
- Choose how you want to pay for the pass.
- Enter your personal information.
- In the «Confirm booking» tab, you have an overview of your entire booking. At the very bottom, you have the option to enter a voucher for «Coupon (Code)».
- Enter your code and click the check mark.
- A message confirms the successful entry of the coupon.
- When you are finished, click on «Book now».
In the app
- You can do exactly the same thing as on the web.
- Choose a new pass and enter all the required information.
- At the very bottom, you have the option to enter a voucher for «Coupon (Code)».
- Enter your code and click on the check mark.
- When you're done, press «Confirm booking».
