With the digital member contract, you can view, sign and, if necessary, print out your agreement with the studio directly online. This means you have all the important information available in your account at any time.


Good to know

  • You will automatically receive an email with a link to sign the contract as soon as you purchase a pass with a contract or your studio has created a contract for you.
  • Once you have signed the contract, you can view and download it again at any time.
  • Your studio can disable the option to sign the contract directly. This means that the button to sign the contract will not be visible in the email or in your SportsNow account. The contract must be signed on one of your studio's devices.


How can I view and sign my member contracts?

On the web

Register with SportsNow on the web.

  • Go to «My account» and click on «My contracts» to view your contracts.
  • If you click on «Action» – «Sign contract» for a contract, a new window will open where you can sign your contract.
  • Once you have signed, click on «Sign member contracts» and your contract will be officially signed.
  • You will then have the option to view, print and download the contract via «Action».


How can I view and sign my member contracts?

In the app

Sign in to the SportsNow app.

  • You can find your member contracts either directly under «Start» in the Quick Links or under «Profile»– «My Account» – «My Contracts».
  • Click on «My Contracts» to access your contracts.
  • All your contracts will now be displayed. If a contract has not yet been signed, «Signature pending» will be displayed in the top right-hand corner.
  • To sign the contract, click on «Sign membership contracts» for the respective contract. A window will open where you can sign. When you are finished, click on «Save» to sign the contract.
  • A check mark will appear in the top right-hand corner of your signed contracts. You can download all your contracts by clicking on «Download». 


Sign the contract directly from the email:

  • As soon as you purchase a pass with a contract, you will automatically receive an email with your contract.
  • The contract will be attached directly to the email as a PDF so that you can read through the content.
  • You can then sign it directly from the email via the link.
  • To do so, click on the blue button «Sign membership contract», which will open a new tab in SportsNow.
  • Book your login details.
  • Then sign the contract in the box and click on «Membership contracts signed». Your contract is now officially signed.
  • The contract can be viewed at any time in your SportsNow account.
