SportsNow offers you the option of automatically synchronizing your booked classes with your calendar. This means that your bookings are automatically transferred to the corresponding calendar and automatically deleted when canceled. You can define the calendar you want installed on your smartphone, such as Outlook, Google, iCal, etc.
Good to know
- Bookings synchronized with the calendar are also automatically deleted from the calendar when the bookings are canceled in SportsNow.
- Bookings made outside the SportsNow app (i.e. booked by the studio itself or on the web) are not automatically synchronized to the calendar. You can manually add these classes to the calendar: Add to calendar
- If you no longer want the automatic calendar synchronization, you can simply deactivate the corresponding function.
- This function is also available for administrators/instructors. Individual appointments booked for customers under «My appointments» are also automatically synchronized with the calendar. You can find out how to set this up as an administrator/instructor at the bottom of this guide.
