SportsNow offers you the possibility to change the participation type of hybrid classes. If you have registered for the participation of the class on-site, you can rebook the participation via livestream and vice versa in just a few steps.
Step-by-step instructions
On the web
- Click on «My account».
- Click on «My classes».
- Find the class you want and click «Action».
- Click on «Rebook to livestream» or «Rebook to on-site» to change the participation type as desired.
In the app
- Press «Profile».
- Press «My bookings».
- Search for the desired class and press «Rebook to livestream» or «Rebook to on-site».
- Confirm the action and press «Yes». You have been successfully rebooked to the desired participation type.
- Alternatively, you also have the option of going directly to the booking under «Home» and changing the type of participation there.
