If no classes are displayed in the class schedule within the app, there may be several reasons for this.
No valid subscription:
By default, the class schedule only shows classes that you can book with your current subscription. If you do not have a valid subscription for a class on the selected day, no classes may be displayed. You can change this using the Availability filter and select Show all classes.
Filters are enabled:
In the class schedule, you can use various filters to narrow down the classes displayed.
These include, amongst others:
- Select classes
- Select team
- Select participation type
- Availability (in the app only)
If any of these filters are enabled, only classes that meet the selected criteria will be displayed. You should therefore check the active filters above the class schedule and remove them if necessary. The filters are located above the lesson list and can be scrolled horizontally in the app.
Date in the calendar:
Also check the selected date in the calendar. It may be that no classes are taking place on that day. Select a different date to view more classes.
