As a member, you can change your email address yourself.
Step-by-step instructions
On the web
- Go to «My account».
- Choose «Settings».
- Enter the new e-mail address and your current password.
- When you are finished, click on «Save changes».
- You will then receive an e-mail with a link to the new e-mail address. Confirm the new e-mail address by clicking on the link.
- Sign out on the web and in the app and log in with your new e-mail address.
In the app
- Press on «Profile».
- Scroll down to «Settings» and press «Change email address».
- Enter the new e-mail address.
- When you are finished, click on «Save changes».
- You will then receive an e-mail with a link to the new e-mail address. Confirm the new e-mail address by clicking on the link.
- Sign out on the web and in the app and log in with your new e-mail address.
