If your desired studio works with intelligent waiting lists, then you have the possibility to join the waiting list of a class. As soon as a place becomes available, you will receive a notification and can try to book the class. If applicable, your studio may also work with auto-sliding, where you are automatically booked for the class with a valid pass.
Good to know
- If a registered participant signs out for a class where you are on the waiting list, you will immediately receive an e-mail informing you of this. Click on the «Book now» button in the e-mail. You will be forwarded automatically and can proceed in the same way as if you wanted to book a class.
- Everyone on the waiting list will be automatically notified as soon as a place for the desired class has become available. It may happen that the place has already been booked by someone else in the meantime, and therefore the class can no longer be booked by you.
Step-by-step instructions
Sign up to waiting list
On the web
- Go to your desired studio. You automatically land on the page «Live Calendar» and see the current schedule of the studio.
- Find the desired class and click on «Put me on the waiting list».
- Confirm the pop-up message with «OK» and definitely add yourself to the waiting list.
In the app
- Press on at your studio «Book».
- Find the desired class and press «Put me on the waiting list».
Unsubscribe from the waiting list
On the web
- Go to «My account».
- Choose the button «My classes».
- Under the section «Your waiting list», you will find the classes for which you are on the waiting list.
- Click on «Remove from waiting list» to remove yourself from the waiting list.
- Confirm the pop-up message that you really want to remove yourself from the waiting list by clicking on «OK».
In the app
- Press «Profile».
- Press «My waiting list».
- Select the class you want and press «Remove from waiting list».
